Refund Policy
lease-findr sells credit packs. All sales are final. The one exception is if lease-findr shuts down. This page says how that works. It's part of our Terms of Service.
Which credits can be refunded

What you need to know
- Credits have no cash value. They can only be used for lease-findr searches.
- Credits from a pack are spent when your saved searches run, including Run now. Each run's charge appears in your billing ledger.
- Credits don't expire, so there's no deadline to use them.
If lease-findr shuts down
If we permanently shut down the service, we'll email you before it stops and refund your unused purchased credits. Starter and granted credits count as used first, so the refund is the smaller of your remaining balance and what you paid for packs (minus anything already refunded). Refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method, for the full amount with no fee deducted.
Billing errors
- If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for one pack, email [email protected] with your account email and the date of the charge. We'll fix it, by refund or credit.
- Refunds are paid through Stripe to the original payment method. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if something about a charge looks wrong. Most problems are fixed faster that way. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we'll suspend your account.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the date they take effect.
