lease-findr

Every franchise‑dealer car near you, scored for leverage.

Save a search for any make and up to 5 models, near a ZIP, in any states you pick, or nationwide. Once a day lease-findr pulls every matching car at franchise dealers, ranks each one by how hard you can negotiate, and prices the lease.

How pricing worksWhat the score means

  • Typically $0.05 to $0.70 a day per search
  • 1 free credit ($1) to start, no card
  • Prepaid, no subscription

A nationwide search for a best-seller runs about $11 a day; the wizard shows the exact count before you save.

What the score means

Leverage is 0 to 100: how much room the dealer has to move. Every point comes from one of four inputs, and the app shows the breakdown for every car. There are no hidden weights.

Days on the lot 0 to 55
Grows with age up to 240 days. A car that has sat for months costs the dealer money every day.
Dealer's aged stock 0 to 20
The share of that dealer's cars older than 90 days. A lot full of old stock needs to move it.
Price cuts 0 to 15
Total drop from the first price we saw, maxing out at 5%. Price rises count as zero.
Relisted or stale 0 to 10
The dealer's own stock date is more than 30 days older than the listing feed's. Usually a relisted car.
Shown beside the score
Discount or dealer markup vs MSRP, loaner status and mileage, and the options we can decode. An option we can't confirm is shown as unknown, never as missing.

Pricing

Prepaid credits. 1 credit = $1.00. A saved search near a city costs a few cents to a few tens of cents a day, depending on how many cars it covers. A whole state or the whole country covers more cars and costs more. No subscription.

A run costs 0.01 credits per 100 cars. Each model, each model year you pick and each inventory type (new, used, CPO) is counted separately and rounded up to the next 100, so a search with several of them costs a little more than its total car count suggests.

Example: 2 models, new + used, is 4 counts of 610, 420, 290 and 130 cars. That is 1,450 cars, billed as 7 + 5 + 3 + 2 = 17 blocks of 100: 0.17 credits a day, not 0.15.

Including used cars (that is where loaners are listed) adds every used car in the area. The search form counts the cars and shows the cost before you save, and your balance shows how many days you have left.

Credit packs

Beta: packs are not on sale yet. Until they open, the operator adds credits to accounts directly.

  • $55 credits · ≈ 33 days of a typical search
  • $1010 credits · ≈ 66 days of a typical search
  • $2525 credits · ≈ 166 days of a typical search

Starter credit: 1.00 credit, free when you verify your email, about 6 days of a typical search.

A typical search covers about 1,500 cars.

Questions

Is this a subscription?

No. Credits are prepaid. Searches draw them down as they run and pause when the balance reaches zero. Nothing renews.

What is a credit?

1 credit = $1.00. Balances, estimates and charges are all shown in credits to the cent.

What if my search costs more than estimated?

Before you save, the search form counts the matching cars where it can and shows the cost; otherwise it shows a range. Inventory moves, so each run is charged for the cars it actually fetched (each model, year and type rounded up to the next 100), and that replaces the estimate along with your days-left. Nothing is ever charged beyond your balance.

Does it find loaners?

Yes. Loaners are listed as used cars, so include Used when you save the search. That adds every used car in the area, and the estimate shows the higher cost before you save.

Can I search a whole state, or the whole country?

Yes. Pick one or more states, or nationwide. Add a ZIP if you want distances. A nationwide search for a best-seller is about 100,000 cars, so it costs about $11 a day; the search form shows the count before you save.

Which makes work best?

Any make works. Option decoding is deepest for makes with an option catalog; for every make you also get the features listed in the feed.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, for checking today's results. Setting up searches is easier on a laptop.
